- Explanation for this AU
Once the turtles found Hijack, it took a while for them to get used to him. On his probation on living with them, he slowly opened up to the four brothers. He showed his honey sweet colors and he was just a small gem. The four immediately clinged onto him and wouldn't want to let go of him.
This resulted in fights on who gets to hang out with him, patrol with him, test his potions out, etc. However the four were sneaky. They never argued when he or Splinter were around. April eventually noticed this and told them to cut it out. Telling them Hijack wasn't a toy, nor property that they could claim. The four brothers told her to shut up and that she'd never understand how they felt. Even Donnie was sick of her since he had been hanging out with Casey more often.
Soon enough, this led to now, where Hijack had finally found out how they were acting. Hijack told them that he didn't like how they were fighting each other over him. He hated it. Each brother tried to convince him to love them instead of the others. Hijack continued to tell them that they were scaring him, but eventually, they overpowered him and tied his hands up.
They argued again on who would get to have him and love him forever. Soon, Leo suggested they'd spin the bottle. Whoever it landed on, got to keep Hijack and love him forever. They all agreed.
However, when the bottle landed on no one, they all were stunned. That would mean... no one gets to keep him. Well that wouldn't do would it? Then, Leo told everyone to bring out their weapons. To fight for Hijack. Though explaining there would be no killing each other. But whoever was the last to not faint, wins.
While they all here having at it, Hijack managed to untie Mikey's knot on the rope and escape the lair. He'd need to think and let them all cool off.
