Neither civil nor criminal immunity is explicitly granted in the Constitution or any federal statute.

The Biden administration’s failure to fully enforce its sanctions against Iran is helping the Islamist regime in Tehran survive an unprecedented challenge to its authority while it doubles down on its aggressive foreign policy by sending weapons and forces for use against Ukraine and threatening to attack Saudi Arabia.
Tehran’s success in acquiring hard currency is directly related to the Biden administration’s decision not to enforce existing U.S. sanctions and impose new ones. And yet those financial resources are now critical to the regime’s ability to avert economic collapse and to buy the loyalty of its base at a time when an ever-growing share of Iranian society is in active opposition. One example: in recent days the Islamic Consultative Assembly passed a law that increased the salary of beleaguered security forces by 20 percent.
Since September 16, Iran has been the scene of widespread, revolutionary protests in all provinces and major cities. The latest estimates are that at least 300 protesters, including 47 minors, have been killed and more than 14,000 arrested. So far, neither protesters nor the regime has prevailed. They are engaged in a war of wills. Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei hopes protesters, facing brutal violence, will be demoralized and go home before the security forces crack under pressure.

Thank you, Obama has a huge problem, I start looking at this today and yes, Obama ordered the murders of American civilians. Some of them were teens and preteen.. that isn’t acceptable. Constitution states is such try would happen that person would be trial by military court system which is a public trial and yes, the pill would be the death penalty. You cannot kill American citizens because you’re the president! I cannot believe we were not informed of this information That came out it was downplayed documents. I cannot believe he had. He would come in and pick out every day., those were Americans, some were under age, and he created the process.

I hope Biden is taking notes of what he and VP Harris can do to keep trump out of the White House, and not have to worry about being charged for it since they want to say that he has immunity then they can keep Biden in office and then he can get rid of those criminal justices and judges, he just needs some backbone and stop being so stupid thinking that he can get republicans to do the right things they won’t and neither should he and Harris

The reasons why dictatorship is good for dictators and the stay in power till death due them part
    😂😅
If the former President didn't commit any crime, why is the Supreme Court debating his immunity? 😂

Apparently, from what I’m reading , we’ve been a dictatorship… I did not know that Obama was killing Americans and the Supreme Court Justice acted as if it was one murder. No, he did this daily. He came in daily, picked out the folder and had that person executed.. no trial no judge…. A few of those who were tracked down and bombed outside of the Warzone area, were actually teens and preteen!!! That is a dictator .. the good news He can be held accountable he would not go to court in our court system, but the military court system, no jury. and yes this carries the death sentence. … military courts are fast this can not be overlooked

thanks for the CRT FALLACY OF COMPOSITION - - - Tens of billions of dollars in American Military Aid to Ukraine, which was allegedly to be used to fight Russia, was cash that Ukraine did not use to fight Russia, but instead invested into FTX cryptocurrency exchange. Ukraine was receiving money from the US, Ukraine sent it to FTX, and FTX sent it to Democrats, who originally voted to send it to Ukraine. It appears to be pure criminal money-laundering, and a criminal conspiracy to violate campaign finance laws.
The CEO of FTX, Sam Blankman-Fried, was the #2 donor to the Democrats in the 2022 Midterm elections, second only to George Soros.
FTX's bankruptcy filing on November 12, 2022, revealed that FTX suffered from $10-$50 billion in liabilities with almost zero assets.
Among those liabilities are “investments” made by the Zelensky regime.
Up until its bankruptcy filing, FTX was a 'partner' with the World Economic Forum (WEF). The FTX CEO's aunt, Linda Fried, is on the board of the WEF. Sam Bankman-Fried's mother, Barbara Fried, is the founder and president of a left-wing Super PAC called ‘Mind the Gap’ (MTG), "dedicated to helping Democratic political candidates win elections. The PAC earns millions of dollars in donations primarily from Silicon Valley executives 'who are keen on quietly funneling massive political donations into the Democratic Party'. The mission of MTG is to “empower private political donors to strengthen our democracy by providing them with evidence-based guidance on the electoral strategies, tactics, and programs that are likely to achieve the greatest impact in a given election”, according to Influence Watch.[18] Bankman-Fried's brother, Gabe runs an organization called Guarding Against Pandemics, which is financed by Sam Bankman-Fried.

oh wooooow maaaaaan grarly duuuude - - - In FY2024 alone, Biden requested $6.9 trillion in spending, an increase of $748 billion over the already-bloated final FY 2023 spending level ($6.1 trillion) - that’s a 12.2% increase in just one year.
Non-defense spending, including Biden’s progressive pet project wishlist, would rise to an unprecedented 22.7% of GDP.
Entitlement programs would grow at an average yearly rate of 7.7% from the already-unsustainable 2023 level.
Meanwhile, spending for national defense would fall to just 2.5% of GDP, the lowest level since before Pearl Harbor.
