one of my goals is giving myself more grace when i fall, but also get back up quicker. just like you said ryan, it aint gonna do it itself. and also, when you do the things you KNOW you need to do and dont do it, your gonna feel horrible, but doing the things you know your deepest part of you is telling you to do and actually doing it, thats how you can build accountability and respect for yourself, cuz at the end of the day, you only have you without anyone else, you are in your mind, and you need to be there for yourself!! happy new year

One of my goals for 2024 is to have my knee fully healed. I got hurt playing sports, I tore my MPFL (a ligament in my knee). I had to get surgery a little over two months ago. I’m in physical therapy and have a little bit longer in my knee brace. I love you guys so much! Y’all have brought my spirts up tremendously as always! ❤🥹❤️

Hi Montana and Ryan I just started watching you last yr. I love your videos guys. I just got my explant surgery done December 15 and I'm 3 weeks post op I loved my implants but last yr the right one started capitalized and I had them 17 yrs. I had them both removed and now I'm smaller it's so hard to get use to because I loved my implants but it's time to go smaller. I gained weight I started feeling big and they got to big double d. I feel better and look better. I don't regret at all getting them. I'm 61now and it's hard not to want implants again but it's a new beginning for me now. Healing will take time. Did you have a hard time at first being smaller? You are so beautiful and you and Ryan are adorable. Have a wonderful new year!
