    I love this particular episode, Ron Randell (usually a heavy in films) is superb here. It's unfortunate, that this very episode seems to only exist in poor picture quality (unlike many other episodes available) and Paramount will probably never bother to remaster it.

    Enjoying these, and wondering what a alternate world would look like, where the people who did not have these experiences were the exception.
    The story might go along the lines of:
    One Step Beyond NOTHING HAPPENS S1E23
    Walter was sitting at home, where nothing is happening, no voices, no dreams, no hallucinations of future events. His daily commute he passes by grave yards and known sites of painful deaths. Yet Walter experiences nothing. We dive into the mind of Walter to try and go one step beyond knowing - into not knowing.
    His wife is scared that nothing will happen, and Walter has taken up drinking and smoking to cope with the dilemma of nothing. While all around him people are experiencing supernatural events. Walter experiences nothing....
    ;)

      They met because both of their series were filmed at MGM. In fact, a "Bolie Jackson" boxing poster seen in :The Big Tall Wish" (1960) was later used in "The Last Round" (1961).

    The murderous low vibe energy that was put into the watch was so intense that it radiated out. Metal is known to be an excellent conductor so it’s no surprise the watch held and gave off energy. Just like a good medium like Tyler Henry uses objects to communicate with dead relatives, this watch « spoke » to whomever held it close and who had psychic, perhaps hidden, powers.

    I watched a weekly show called The Haunted Collector. Paranormal things went on and this man would come in like a Ghost Hunter and investigate. They would find objects that were hidden and take it away. Haunting stopped. I was yelling at this show, "It's the watch! It's the watch!!" I sure was relieved when the man figured out that it was the watch! I was very worried that the watch was going to make him kill HIS (DUMB!) Wife! Whew.😰

    Ha ha ha separate beds. ! Jesus that would be very expensive to buy two beds today but it could be alright in some ways because people are soo hot and uncomfortable sometimes in bed and pulling duvets off one another. Its probably a good idea to sleep away from the husband or wife sometimes for that reason. However, people today are real insecure and needy so it is not often done. Im sure couples could do with it in all honesty.

    • @robertahubert9155
      @robertahubert9155 6 лет назад +5

      kim-jong-butt sleeping in separate beds was because during that time people were worried about the sexual overtones that children watching would pick up on they didn't want to expose children to anything that was sexual or give the idea of sex so the censors always had people sleeping in separate beds. I heard a actor say that if they did get on the same bed he would have to have at least 1 foot on the floor and couldn't be in a laying down position. Hahaha. Now they show us every dam thing you have to censor your own movies and TV programs. Our children loose their innocence just by watching TV. I am 70 years old so I am of the opinion that parents should be watching what their children watch.

      Maybe we didn't get to see Anne Francis, but I spotted Catherine McLeod, the lady who played the worried-sick wife in this episode: she was also lead actress in the film _I've Always Loved You._ She said in an interview years ago that Artur Rubinstein, whom the producer/director had hired to record the musical sequences for the film, also coached Ms. McLeod to help her look as if she were really playing the music instead of merely moving her hands along with Mr. Rubinstein's recording. She said he told her to make it look more difficult than it really was when she was playing music, because "Audiences appreciate that."
