Elwy Yost At Universal Studios 1984

Absolutely cracking piece from SATURDAY NIGHT AT THE MOVIES featuring our boy Elwy on the Universal Studios tour, circa 1984. Highlights include the George Peppard A-TEAM display, and stumbling onto the set of then-filming BACK TO THE FUTURE.

Elwy was a true Class Act....I remember seeing him do an interview in a doorway across from George Brown College in Toronto way back in 1981...he wore that light Blue suit and he stood very tall...Nicest and friendliest guy ever!...Watching movies isn't the same nowadays!

My childhood growing up in the 80s. Universal Studios and especially the tram tour was my inspiration of why I wanted to work in the industry. This year makes it 21 years since I started. 😊

Now this is awesome stuff! I remember taking the backlot tour when my family went to Florida in 1990 and it was a highlight of my young life! As soon as they drove past that courthouse I immediately recognized it as the town hall from BTTF even without the clock tower and the grass and pond out in front. Excellent upload retro, keep it up bud!
