Anyone saying that "if your competition was carried out in the same vein, it would be a disaster" is totally out of order. Colin/Max (Is it? I think) and the rest of the behind the scenes team did a legendary job putting this stream together. RUclips don't exactly give you the tools to do this type of stream, the live streaming setup is basic AF.... they would have had to JerryRig everything to get it to work and I think they did a bloody amazing job! Well done!
Agreed. This was a 'live' trial and I think it was very well executed taking all challenges etc into account. Let's also not forget the players are not used to live and the cameramen can't account for that, it's not their fault they are literally working with amateurs (meant in the most respectful way). Great Job and fully expect some tweaks for future events to make it even better

One thing that came to mind for a live event like this, is to have a couple good characters act as MCs to follow the boys and ask the good questions coming from the chat. Also the funny ones to get some good reactions.
The difficulty and production value of this is unreal.. Especially considering it only being done by a handful of people. GoodGood's taking golf content to the next level. Huge praise to Colin, Max, and the rest of the crew. Doesn't hurt to have the legend Michael Block out there too. Bravo, men.
The coordination between camera shots is awesome. Smooth transitions while live seems so difficult, but there are no lulls in the pace of the video. Really well put together!

I'll tell you what I'm thinking when I see this. I see standard TV on its way out, and RUclips and other social media platforms taking its place. With that being said; with less people watching TV and watching things from their phones, tablets, etc. You'll get more views, clicks, likes, comments, subscribers than the PGA on standard TV. Hence the interest that the PGA has been showing to you-tubers. Even the PGA and commercial sponsors see the change in venue (social media platforms) and the change in the culture of golf.
