Thanks for your comment 😊 I did originally have 2% across the board. But in an effort to get sales picking up I applied a 5% across them all. So far so good, the sales picked up. But after looking at the fees, I question if it’s worth paying the extra. I’ll need to drop back down to 2% and see how things go 🫡
@@TommyTrades96 for small items I don't see why 5% will be a problem..but bigger more costly items stick with 2% otherwise the big grandmaster eBay takes all your money
Fees are killer, then tax on top of all that. Give Vinted a try, no fees and a different audience / Market to eBay. I only ever promote at the minimum .2%
Oh yes. I completely forgot to even mention the tax! 😅 I was promoting everything at 2%, experimented and switched all to 5% and had a pick up of sales, not sure if it’s worth it for the extra 3% or not yet though 🤔 I would utilise Vinted however, you cannot sell on there as a buisness. When Vinted Pro comes out, I’ll be all over it I’m sure 🫡
This is a very good point! And to be honest I’m not actually quite sure? 🤔 That would avoid having this issue altogether 🤷♂️ I’m gonna set all listings to have the instant pay and see if it make a a difference 🫡 Thanks for the suggestion
And their new Regulation fee they've just introduced!
Best thing to do is 2% on all promoted listings especially more expensive ones as it eats into way to much of your profits

so how much did you lose or win
Hiya, thanks for watching. I’m not quite sure I understand your question? 🤔 How much of what, did I loose or win? 🤔😊
Why have you not used the instant payment option in your listings instead of waiting for people to pay ??
