El Al - stop being jealous and be happy that atleast air india got this opportunity. Eventually it will benefit the people by saving their cost and time, instead of taking the passengers halfway around the globe to reach india.

2nd we have better lobbyists than yours.
Not including Kashmir as part of India already shows this guy is not happy with growing relations of the two countries. We have 220 million Muslims in India, we have strong ties with Saudi Arabia and Iran but we still recognize Israeli maps. EI can't tell AI what route to fly. Air India negotiated a historic deal with Saudi Arabia.

@Matthew well india atleast has diplomatic relations with Israel. Our enemies literally hate Israel. If you wanna support them go ahead. I think even half of Israel support 2 state solution. They don't even recognise Israel. If i would have been a Palestinian i would have tried my best to assimilate in the jewish culture because i love Israel and expect the same
India's diplomacy make air india to fly over saudi arabia otherwise. air india will only fly through long route .If air india cancelled the route to israel . Israel planes can never pass through saudi arabia route.
Why can't israel plane company ask for permission from saudi arabia directly and challenge air india?
If israel airlines ask permission from saudi arabia chance is very low for getting permission.
My opinion is to israel airlines wait and co operate with saudi arabia this will help both israel govt and saudi prince.
Israel can sell technology and agriculture to saudi.Win win situation for both.

What is the spokesperson talking about? Getting en route clearance is the duty of the operator, Who is stopping El Al to obtain clearance from Saudi Govt? By the way, the Kashmir Map was wrong.

This isn't the fault of the Government of India or Israel. The airliner should take it up with the Saudis since they are the ones who are doing the blocking. Moreover, where is the competition? The Mumbai-Jerusalem traffic is so high that Air India alone can't handle it.
