Hi friends! I know it's early, but early bird gets the worm and your future self with thank you if you start getting prepped for Christmas decorating!

When do you start decorating for Christmas?
I start early November so now is the time I start planning and getting my new decor that I want to get for this year so I'm ready to go once the hustle and bustle of the holiday season comes so I can start decorating and not be running around trying to find what I want!
Today I thought it would be fun to show you the new decor I've picked up this year so if you like it too you can grab it while its still available and you don't have to wait and you'll have it when you want to start decorating too!

Jen, our condo in right smack in the eye of the storm. We are only 3 miles from the ocean. We expect complete destruction. We’re bottom of a 2 story building. Nothing we can do until our neighbors call with the damage. 🤞🏻
I used to always decorate the first week of November, but now that I’m older I decided to slow down, live n the moment and enjoy each holiday as it comes so now I decorate for Christmas the day after Thanksgiving.
I always wait until after Thanksgiving because I wanted my kids to remember what they thankful for, before they got the Gimmies!! I am a Christmas freak, but i discipline myself! I Love seeing all the stuff though!!!! But i got my eye on a gingerbread sleigh that i am waiting to find at my store! I am not on instagram so please keep sharing everything on here!
OMG… that mailbox is downright enchanting! The fact that the letter disappears adds to the magic of the season. 🎅🏻

I transition from Halloween to Fall Harvest to Christmas. The day after Thanksgiving the tree goes up as well as the garland. Then Dec 1 the decorations go all out! Been this way for over 40 years.❤
Use the comforter and pout the quilt on the end of the bed, the shams for both with match and be super cute..try it before you return a set so you can see it all together.
i am a bloke and I am the Christmas one in the house here in Scotland, I am in the planning and preperation phase, making, buying etc. My wife love that I do it and create it, the first weekend in December, its mulled wine, tunes and mince pues whilst she is out at work and it all comes togerther before she gets home that day, it is exciting for me from October, we do not do halloween at all...
Wow, what a great haul of Christmas decor. I loved it all. The Santa pitcher, the Halsey Homestead tree, just everything. So much fun.

We leave for Florida the week after Christmas… (not this year). I still love to decorate, but I take 90% of it down before we go. We wrap the tree and take it down in the spring. Because of this I start to decorate after Halloween. We’re home and safe. Any item can be replaced. Praying for our friends and neighbors…
After Thanksgiving dinner, but I work on Christmas all year. I love it!

Just last year I started decorating mid-November and I LOVED it. I get to enjoy Xmas for a couple extra weeks. And no one cares that we’re eating turkey for Thanksgiving and looking at Christmas decorations 😊 Also Jenn, I got the small gingerbread house plate at Hobby Lobby, and I’m going to use it as a spoon rest on my stove
I have my Christmas decor & tree up for thanksgiving, I keep it up until New Year’s Day.
I love all, but the Santa, the cocoa sign, the gingerbread things, and the quilted tree ornament at the end were my faves. When we decorate is determined by where we are for Christmas. If we travel, I decorate earlier so we can enjoy it at home. Thank you for sharing your new treasures!
I have the family Thanksgiving dinner, so I decorate for Christmas on the weekend after. I have started buying things so that I am ready.

Halloween and Fall comes down on October 31st and Christmas decorating starts November 1st . I love having Christmas up before December so I can relax and enjoy it.

1st of December is decorating day for me. I have been getting nits to add to my decor. Went at the weekend to get a couple more houses for my Christmas village think it might be a town now. Oophs!!!

Yes, started buying some stuff like the Santa mug at Walmart. It comes with some greenery and only like $7.88
I would use the quilt as an accent with the comforter. You can never have too many pillows.
Tartan plaid is so precious! The bucket could hold an umbrella that you probably have in your stash! Lol
The tree shaped quilt would be an adorable doorknob hanger...happy creating Christmas this year! ❤
I liked the comforter and quilt. That is a really good price on both of them. I was looking at a quilt on Amazon for 98 dollars and comforter for 90 something
I am not a fan of any kind of plaid, so I prefer the quilt. I started decorating for Christmas around the second week of November. I love alone, so I put up all the Christmas decorations so I can enjoy them for a couple of months.
Oh Jenn, now you've done it....given me the itch for Christmas decorating. Your enthusiasm for the holidays is so contagious!! I usually start my Christmas decorating around Nov. 15th. And once Christmas is behind us, I am anxious to put things away and get the house back to normal! You have found some adorable items. I have a huge collection of turkeys. Mostly antiques, collectibles etc so I respect Thanksgiving and don't start decorating for Christmas until after it's over.
The quilt can be used on a couch or some people use them on a table.❤
The answer to your ? is I start CHRISTmas shopping in July since I have 13 grandchildren to buy for.. I also start buying little things for CHRISTmas decorating ,so it makes it more easier for me.. I don't decorate for CHRISTmas till the day after Thanksgiving.

I thought of you yesterday at Salvation Army, they had two buildings from Black cat representing Gettysburg they were shelf sitters or you could put over door trim for $4.99, I’m on the hunt for a vintage scale or a wooden primitive sheep, I did get 2 Longeberger baskets because of you saying your still looking when I saw them I grabbed them, we should trade baskets for sheep😉
