Mine is slightly different, the valves do not come off like that. However, after looking all over trying to find a leak I found your video and thought what the hell. SO I refilled the boat with air and squirted inside the valves. Sure enough, two large leaking valves. Thank you!!
I have contacte you on your website and gave me a similar answer. I take it you all don't have that part I am looking for but using a piece of plastic tubing in conjunction with my valve adapter I can fill my pontoon boat bladders. Thanks for all the help guys!! You rock!
These valves are heavy duty compared to my little Intex Seahawk II and if you don't tighten them they leak right out of the box. I don't know what these valves are called, but they are two parts. The part that screws into the threads on the boat first is metal to plastic. I put plumbers tape on this and tightened as hard as I could. The second piece is the part you unscrew to air up the boat and has a safety valve that doesn't let the air back out after inflation. So now I know to use the nozzle without the pump to deflate. It worked for me.
The boat from this video is most likely an Otter 130. Its definitely one of our Pennel Orca boats but I could be off on the exact model. Its hard to tell for sure from this video. You can buy one of these from nrs.com or one of our boat dealers. Feel free to give us a call at 877-677-4327 if you have any additional questions.
I had a leaky Boston valve. I was trying to figure out how to keep it from hissing(slow valve leak), I used a lighter any waved it under the internal seal. After wards I installed it back on the boat and it was good as new!
Another option would be to increase the girth of your inflation hose so that it fits snug/tight in the valve. Depending on the valve, you can usually do this with electrical tape. Not the ideal solutions, but it can make it easier to inflate the boat.

Why doesn't any freaking body show the valve adapter when filling the boat man!! So frustrating that I cannot get a damn valve adapter that I need for my pontoon as them company closed. AGGGH!!! Never mind just frustrated DAMN!

I feel your pain with my Seahawk 4
Thanks now I can replace my old C-7 valves with new C-7 valves. .
DUDE This is Awesome! Thank You!
It makes the most sense to check and clean the valve assembly if you have to remove it, even if your leak is at the flange.
It's fun when the bottom part falls down inside the pontoon! It you didn't know it was going to do that it shocks you! Takes awhile to find it!
Hi. Can you tell me where I can buy the exact same inflatable boat as shown in this video? Model info and sales info. I love your videos. Thank you.

Thanks Good info, especially about what to loosen valve with - 303. Was tempted to use wd40 but figured that would rot any rubber!
