I expect you are working in an environment already so you can map what you can see there to a broader perspective. So I am teaching principles rather than practicalities. I will get around some time to talk more about practical aspects. But examples from one context are useless in another. If you work in an agile team, waterfall examples aren't a lot of help - and vice versa. Can't please everyone so I stick to a principled position so you can the see the scope of what you need to learn.
