@@quentinwilliams1158 I don't think it's stupid at all to be more selective when it comes to "reviewing" products. LTT has a few videos on the topic of ethics when it comes to paid reviews.
Although ETA has the freedom to conduct his review as he pleases, if a review is negative, the manufacturer of the device may no longer grant pre-release review units. This would take away an advantage that ETA has vs other online reviewers which could hurt ETA's channel metrics.
There is a financial incentive, however small, to give slightly biased reviews. This is not an attack on ETA, this is an unfortunate truth of the business of paid reviews. Some creators have more integrity than others; In this case I don't have an opinion on ETA in this regard, he may or may not be 'one of the better ones', I'm not sure.
I'd be curious to see your top picks for handhelds at different price points. Say under $50, under $100, etc.
