How to Count Salesforce Flow Loop Iterations

In this Salesforce Flow tutorial we use a screen flow, a number variable, an assignment, and a loop to count the number of loop iterations that occur in our flow. You didn't show the LoopCount variable being created. That was the only thing you missed.
