Excellent video! Very clear and succinct. I have never seen Salesforce before and had no clue what kind of company it was, and now, thanks to your video, I feel like I could walk into any job and begin using it. Thank you!
Incidentally, it looks like a great product! I have worked several jobs where we tried to use Excel to capture sales lead info and it was a clunky and clumsy way to capture this process, to say the least. Salesforce looks like they have captured the entire sales process perfectly.

I have become a QA tester within my company, which is switching from old legacy systems to Salesforce and puts me in a weird position where i dont mnow this new system i will have to test for. I have been doing auto training by myself for about a week, and watching this video has unlocked knowledge for me, it all just clicks now, plus all the training i was doing was mostly setup stuff, but i could not wrap my brain around how Salesforce works, this was the base knowledge i needed.
I will also recommend to my manager that they add this video as part of training for new users. Thanks for the video!

Nick have been trying on my own, have load leads/account but have been in management for years, and not actually putting in data, just followed reports. Now i need to put more front line info in...this was a super video training....hope to see more thx much...Brian

Thanks! Your video is a must-have for anyone who wants to work with Salesforce. But I had to switch to another CRM anyway, because Salesforce is too cumbersome and has a high price, so it's not an option for small businesses. I switched to Flowlu and really enjoy that everything is highly customizable and you can automate not only CRM, but also invoicing. And I like the fact that I don't need 1-hour guides to work with Flowlu, everything is user-friendly.
This video was excellent for a Salesforce beginner like me. Nick is a great instructor! I would definitely recommend this video to others. Well done!👏👏

The best description and walkthrough I've seen for the end user so far. Very succinct, clear definitions, and use cases are woven into the walkthrough in a simple way. If you made a Udemy course on this, I would buy it. Very helpful.
