STIR FRIED PORK BELLY AND SQUID WITH BEAN CURD RECIPE | CH SECRET RECIPES

  • Today I'm going to introduce this awesome recipe, a stir-fried pork belly and squid with fried bean curd. Just follow along and enjoy cooking and for you to experience this amazing recipe.
    INGREDIENTS
    300 g Mushrooms
    100 g Chinese Celery
    500 g Pork Belly
    3-4 pcs. Dried Squid
    250 g Fried Bean Curd
    1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
    1 tbsp Abalone Sauce
    1tbsp Light Soy Sauce
    2 tsp Brown Sugar
    2 Cups Hot Water
    Dash of White Pepper
    PROCEDURE
    Wash and slice the mushrooms into half. Wash and chop the celery into 3 inches long.
    Wash and chop the pork belly, Soak the dried squid for 1 hour or until soft, then remove the skin and slice.(check the video how I slice the squid)
    Use your hand, gently break the fried bean curd.
    Heat the frying pan, fry the pork belly until golden brown. Add the squid stir fry for 5 minutes.
    Season with oyster sauce, abalone sauce, light soy sauce, brown sugar. Mix them together until well combined.
    Add in the mushrooms, Sauté for 2 minutes. Turn off the fire. In a non stick pan, arrange the fried bean curd, then pour the meat mixture on top.
    Add 2 cups of hot water, bring to boil, add some white pepper, and simmer for 15 minutes, Add the chopped celery and cook for 5 minutes. Serve with rice
