@@epsilon_music I'm assuming you're thinking : piano arrangement = MIDI file, which is incorrect. A piano arrangement is like a medium while MIDI file is a format. Here's an anology : Piano arrangement is the digital artwork whereas the MIDI file is the Software that the person is using. A MIDI file can encode more than just the piano instrument after all.
