You need to get Joe List on here. He is not only one of the best comics out there but also an avid denier of how good the sopranos is.
I listen to a lot of Joe List and Derosa but when they say sopranos isn’t good, it’s mind boggling. It’s ok to not like it, but the Joes say it’s not a good show and give the most bizarre reasons why it’s a bad show.

In my mind there are 2 kinds of finales irregardless of whether they are good or bad. Ones that try their best to resolve everything and provide you with a denouement, and ones that just end the story. The Sopranos finale was fine, because the only real issue is that you want more.

It’s weird that Jamie and Robert are most known for sopranos yet Rob hasn’t seen it and Jamie only saw 4 seasons. It’s kind of unfathomable. Whatever success they’ve had in show business is due to that show and yet they refuse to watch it. If I was on a hit tv show, I would want to know what happened.

I know it wasn't the intended ending, but I did enjoy it. For anyone that has seen the show and is curious if Tony lives, well it's pretty certain he dies.
The final scene is shot from different perspectives of the people at the table and also the people joining the table. Every perspective is shot for 8 seconds until it cuts to another. Then it cuts too dark for 8 seconds until the credits appear. The insinuation is that it's Tony's perspective, dead, shot.
I haven't seen the show in a few years so I may have some details wrong

I’m just now watching it. Be cause of the show I got curious and decided to check it out. Like it so far.
Sopranos, When Christopher buys her the drugs he cant tell Tony about her asking him for the drugs because Tony will say, Why did she think she could get drugs from you? This puts a target on Christopher right away. Christophers best movie is to get her a taste and hope she never says shit about him being connected to it ever again. As we all know, in the end Christopher became less of a future kingpin and more of a liability in Tony's mind and when in a pinch he had to go.
I’ve been listening to this podcast on Apple. First time watching on you tube. HOLY SHIT!!!! Jamie Lynn is the Hottest woman on the planet!!! Beauty Brains and a genuine gorgeous smile. Her personality and the way she treats Robert like a protective older sister melts my heart. She’s amazing!!! Rob is ok too. lol

Joe Derosa is always the naysayer. I get it to some extent. I pick apart things too, I also reject the popular consensus, bc I feel like if everyone loves it, I probably won't.
I've been right many many times, but I've been proven wrong a few times. I missed out on lord of the rings, the wire, and almost game of thrones too! (Among others)
Finally I watched GOT and I wished I'd watched it sooner. Sometimes you have to give things a chance and suspend that part of you JOSEPH!
I bought all the seasons of The Wire at once on DVD and i never got past the first disc. U have to be a cop or a lawyer in order to enjoy that bore

If Rob didn’t like The Wire his opinions on any tv show or movie are now irrelevant lmao. It’s possibly the best written show of all time aside from Breaking Bad, which is also slow. That’s the reason they’re so good… plot building, character growth, and little details lol. You three are missing out on 2 of the top 5 rated shows (and they’re possibly the top 2, barely ahead of The Sopranos) of all time.
Breaking bad is anodine trash dont confuse its' quality with something like The Wire

It’s weird that Joe started the Sooranos in season 4 and figured the show wasn’t for him 🤔 and then when Rob asked him if he’s seen Fargo he said “only season 2”…excuse me sir why are you not starting from episode 1 of the first season? I don’t think I’d like Sooranos either if I started in season 4. Just like I wouldn’t wanna watch a good movie that only has like 30mins left. I’d wanna start it from the very beginning 🤷🏿♂️
Each season of fargo is its own self contained story you dont have to start from the first. You shouldn though its an excellent remake of the movie

This episode is hurting my brain... DeRosa doesn't deserve to watch anything. If you needed a license to watch greatness, he should never been given one. And did Robert watch "Maverick" on his phone? Try seeing it in the theater bro... There hasn't been many more exciting adventure films in decades than TG-Maverick. Brutal takes! BTW, DeRosa looks just like Droopy the dog, but more miserable.
