I like Cluemaster's original design, but the mask looks like part of a cheap, pantyhose-tied-in-the-back, 70's bank robber costume. And the lank blond hair makes me think of Spiderman villain Will-O-The-Wisp. He and Riddler should have had a story where they battled each other for the riddle/clue shtick, a war that could have raged across Gotham.

He'd recomend comics that reprinted the same story from one book. The SAME ONE, over and over! I bought 50 comics and got two stories and couldn't return any of it. Piece. Of. S**t!
