Probably figured it out by now but the way I did it (literally 5 minutes ago) is have volume on, and do a kinda spam click with the flashlight with around half a second between each flash to look around the room.
Some spots to watch:
Higher on the shelves, walking up to you in the hallway, directly on your left, walking down the counter on your right

How do you add your voice while recording

When you open the record feature, it should ask if you want to use audio from your microphone, just turn that on, and you should be good to go, that is if you have the microphone enabled
