The objective of the lecture is to draw the attention of students & viewers to spectre of nuclear catastrophe which the world is facing today in course of Ukraine crisis. But through sighting the example of Cuban Missile Crisis, some hope has been expressed about the fact that as at the time of Cuban Missile Crisis a tragedy has been averted so will be averted a possible nuclear catastrophe presently.
