Flying an older Delta Airlines Boeing 767 back home from Incheon, Korea to Seattle, WA USA.
This was filmed in 2017 when dogs and other fake emotional support animals were still aloud in the main cabin during overseas travel. At times in the video you can hear how annoying this can be.

Is it normal for that piece of the flap on the wing to move like that in flight on its own? it seemed to be flapping up and down for no reason.... seems like it was broken or something? Isn't it supposed to remain stationary unless the pilot moves it?
