Very helpful video thank you , yours was much easier because your band opens , mine has metal links which are always in the way no matter how you move it , using the needle on the metal battery clip worked perfectly

Pressing the uppper right button will start the timer, one of the small dial will start moving,, pressing the same button again will stop the timer counting. The lower right button is used to reset the timer.
