I wholeheartedly understand you when you’re talking about your experience with anxiety and not giving yourself enough grace because I deal with the same issues on and almost daily basis so I get it and thanks for opening up and sharing that with us it’s good to know I’m not the only one dealing with these issues.
I’m randomly on/off RUclips but Amanda, you’re truly my comfort creator I always go to. You’re apart of my self-care routine I’ve incorporated to feel better when I’m down. You talking about your mental health really impacts me & makes me feel not alone in this world. As a young Latina myself, I find it sometimes difficult to find creators as open and genuine as you in the creator community. You deserve this & so much more truly 🫶💖

Definitely keep talking about your mental health on your vlogs as it can help so many people including myself. I have also been going through a lot of anxiety lately where it has become so severe. I started taking supplements as well to see if it helps. I am the same way where I don’t really like to show the negative as I don’t like complaining or making people feel bad for me however someone very close to me told me “if they can see you and be around you at your best then they must also be able to stand by you by your worst” just know your not alone and we will all get through these mental health issues together ♥️

Trick to peel ginger. Cut on end and then stick a spoon under the skin to peel off the rough outer layer.

At a young age, I don’t know why she would even consider getting fillers. I know if I’m not well educated or sure of something, I’m not going to get anything done. Your skin and body is still developing as a young girl, so your body is going to react to them. Genuinely, makes no sense to me.
