Engineering and medical have a good job market both in Europe and UK the top universities keep changing every year and for every course so check based on your requirements, I have made a video on how I chose my university check it out

I'm not really sure of the age restrictions , but from what I heard if you receive a offer letter from a Uni you have a good chance of receiving a student visa

1.Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen 2.maastricht univers ity For bachelors
Maastricht University is ranked higher in the world so I would it could be a good choice, but please do your own research before making the final decision
