Cutting a circular pipe into 90°....
The best of all tricks for 90° angle... is.. .
Putting a quarter marks... quarter of circumstances. Engraving a sharp scratch, or marker pen.
Ex: the circumstances of 300mm. Has a quarter of 150mm. On that circumstances you need to put a markings.. . Because that will be your accurator marks.. all engraved scratches should be match.. because circular tube, pipes are so confusing were is the accurate rotation to pair... .

Pls use dust guard or safety guard of angle grinder. You won't know when the blade will break and hit you. Once when I was using angle grinder, suddenly the cutting blade broke and forcefully flew around. Luckily I was using the dust guard and it reduced the impact of broken blade. I was not injured. Without the guard, the broken blade could have flew towards my face.
