The defendant just needs to sit on someone to get the advantage, the defendant should've, could've, would've, wow even the mother talks about how the women were dressed. JEALOUSY
I wonder if the Judge was having a bad day during the first case. It seemed she'd already made up her mind before even hearing the case, as she started off insulting the fighting daughter and her mother. The daughter claims they come from a very small town and the other woman who brought charges is known as the "Town Wh_ _ _". Small town life must be interesting. The woman who brought charges decided to drop the charges for now because she will have future medical costs that won't be included right now. The fighting daughter didn't start out with clear answers this time, this delay may give her a chance to give clearer ones next time. That may change what would have been the outcome, as Judge Judy clearly didn't care for fighting girl and her mother, judging by things she said to them. Would love to see the next court date.
