Soft and Creamy Creme Brulee

- This is my all time favorite, a simple yet sophisticated dessert. You can top it with caramelized sugar; or fruit such as strawberry and mango for healthier option. This recipe results in creamy soft creme brulee, the way I like it. If you want firmer creme brulee, you can add more egg yolks or decrease the volume of cream.
Ingredients:
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoon of sugar (I use only 2 tablespoon in this video)
- 1 3/4 cups cream
- 1 teaspoon of real vanilla extract
- sugar for caramelizing tops after cooking
* If you don't have torch to burn the sugar, you can melt it in pan and drizzle on the creme brulee. Do not touch hot melted sugar with fingers. Scalding hot!
*Cool the creme brulee in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before caramelizing sugar on it.

Can I replace the cream with milk?
If you use milk instead of cream, the texture will be different and most possibly too mushy.
