I am travelling to Kula lambur Via Singapore airport can i visit Jewel without Singapore Visa or without crossing Immigration? please Clarify

Yes you can do so without crossing immigration, but only if you are in the transit area . If your flight to Malaysia connect through Changi Airport and you have a layover, you can visit Jewel without going through immigration, Just ensure you stay with in the transit area and check specific guidelines of your airline and Singapore transit regulations.Enjoy your trip
