Coding everything as a minion felt too old for 2022 league so they just started coding everything as a turret instead
Unfortunately for them, turrets are also coded as minions.

The way camp aggro works allows you to circumvent the reset behavior. Due to Herald performing a dash, it pauses AI behavior. If you remove the current target before the dash ends, the reset behavior is never called. Vladimir W applies untargetability, which automatically removes you from targeting.
So it should be the same with other abilities? Like fizz e or hourglass
The most interesting thing about that bug is that now we know that we can't take neutral mobs under tower to take care of them faster

Unless there is a way to somehow abuse this and gain anything from it, I hope they fix other bugs first...

my guess would be: they were doing something to not make shelly walk after ezreal after he hits his ultimate on her from the other side of the map(or any other champ with a massive range on an ability), that's why this only works after damaging shelly but after you damage her normally she starts to walk back.

A 'Bug' Is a mear feature of which you did not know prior to its discovery.
He's improving his blood bending to the next level

It probably has something to do with the changes they did to yi a while back where his alpha strike would no longer reset jungle camps because he was nowhere on the map during its cast which caused the camps to lose aggro.
