So if I guess correctly... Viego possesing Azir can't place the passive tower on HIS OWN Inhib and Nexus tower ruins. Like I assume Viego steals 'valid spots for tower' directly from Azir that is being possesed and because Azir is supposed to be able to place tower everywhere aside from enemy inhib and nexus towers, when opposing team Viego gets that same valid towers while being on opposite team it causes this effect.

except it doesnt work when an enemy azir tries to place it so viego is just missing a tag where he cant place it on nexus turrets
