I had a couple of run ins with herkthejerk he’s pretty doo doo all he uses is the nightshark and says “you can’t kill me” but when you get him out of it he just goes into passive mode.
Yeah I’ve run into him so many times. I just hop in a hydra, strikeforce or mkII and blow him up till he goes passive or leaves.
I ran into him today, i kept trying to hit me with his nightshark and use the guns but some how i shot him out of it. Anytime he dies it usually just passive until he's far away from you

I remember when I sniped someone when they were in an air vehicle, they were flying an Opressor Mk.II and I sniped them from at least 1000 m away, I was on top of the construction building by Maze Bank, I was so fucking shook I just hit that, I got a bounty and wanted to defend it like Lui Calibre but nobody wanted it so I thought I'd provoke some people and in the process I sniped the dude and he was at the beach, I had to aim so much ahead of him but it was awesome, I did apologize cause I didn't think I'd hit the shot and he was fine with it, I think he was shook too...

Most you can do for modding on ps4 is ranking yourself up modding yourself money modding outfits and modding cars
Plus theres a thing called Lock-on's or just having platinum aim You cant use aimbot on ps4 You cant get mod menus in gta online on the ps4 (plus even if you could you couldnt join online because it would have to be jailbreaked)

If you're saying that then how come in free roam PS4 I got trapped inside those race tunnels? In the middle of an event and those tunnels were spawned around me into a circular shape. Another was teleporting me about the map. Don't know how but for sure there's still hackers and modders.
