- For the 10th draft in succession, I was able to talk draft with friend of the blog Tony Pauline. I have a tremendous amount of respect for Tony, whose work I've followed since the Sports Illustrated days when I first started writing SDB. His relentless tape study and unmatched enthusiasm for the draft inspired me to do what I do -- and it's been a real pleasure every year to spend some time talking to Tony about the upcoming draft.
Hear our conversation about what the expectation is the #Seahawks will do with the 16th pick, who might trade up, what's the word on the street about certain players and much more on the #nfldraft

Man I love this interview, it's a tradition now! It's weird, but it doesn't feel like draft time until we get this. On a side note, I never noticed just how much Tony sounds like Alan Alda
This is my first Tony Pauline interview and my first draft season here on the channel. It’s a special time of year for sure. Great interview!
Thanks man! Really appreciate your support
Rob you killed it! Great interview

Great interview!
Outstanding content as usual..... Thank you, Rob for your consistent hard work and roll on the draft , go Seahawks from soggy England 💙💚👍
More content from one of my favorite Seahawks commentators! Keep it up Rob!
Thanks for this. This interview is always a treat.
10 years of great interviews?!?
Thanks!
Thank you Frank!
Thank you
Makes you think what Seattle is feeling right now. Will John invest more in o line early trading down for a second rounder to get a giod edge rusher or Inside linebacker?
Do you think the Seahawks would take Penix at 16?
If we could get Verse, Murphy or Turner I would be lit.
🎉🎉
Very enjoyable. You mentioned Tony's taste in music...who does he like ?
Led Zeppelin
Correct answer. I knew this guy was sharp.
Really excited for the draft. I got a feeling this won't be a rebuild year and Seattle makes a playoff run. I have a feeling we will be seeing a very different game plan against the niners and rams.
WOOOO!!!
I'm gonna be so disappointed if Fautanu is there at 16 and the 'Hawks don't run up to the podium to get him.
Just such a good overall fit for the team given his versatility all over the o-line and he likes playing in the PNW! Would be an anchor on our o-line for many years to come!
Go hawks
I would love to see Verse play for SEA 💯🫡
