- This is an awesome scene from Bosch season 7 episode 1, where actor Jamie Hector, who plays detective Jerry Edgar in Bosch, says he binge watches The Wire, the HBO crime epic in which he played the notorious druglord Marlo Stanfield.
This is a great job by the writers and producers of Bosch. Good stuff!

Yes! Isn't it so great and funny? I'm just starting Bosch season 7 and just watched this scene! Hilarious! Marlo in The Wire was such a scary cold-blooded killer. All I need now is the wonderful Michael K. Williams (Omar) to make an appearance as an undercover cop in Bosch. Or I'll take Isiah Whitlock Jr ("sheeeeeee---it") to make an appearance as a corrupt politician. Anyway, Bosch already has a Wire alumni in Lance Reddick.
And did you see Michael Kostroff, who played Maurice Levy in The Wire, had a cameo in an earlier season of Bosch?
