- Put to shame by a very fast BMW M2 Competition skilfully driven by my friend Paul. :D
It's tuned up by Paul & RPR-Motors to make a fast RingTool. A lot of bang for your buck!

@@jianymass7972bruh, its a 3liter 6 cilinder, but with 2 turbos, and it weights 1.500kg, obviusly had to be lightly modificated.
Excellent driving by both of you. The M2 has to be a handful with that much power but he managed it really well.
Your skill is obvious and the GT3 is clearly in its element. Well done.

That M2 Competition isn’t modded that much for the reported rear wheel HP. I have 30 years of 911 ownership and club raced many 911’s back in the day. I currently own a new M2 Competition. It’s fast and extremely well balanced. Great video OP. Keep them coming.

The BMW M2 was definitely faster on the open road, the Porsche was quicker in the tight corners although the M2 could have gone harder. Was being safe around overtaking which is 👍 nice race to watch thanks for posting :)

On curves and high speed you can see as the GT3 has superior dynamics, but, the M2 is very fast too, congrats to the owner!

Excellent video! This kind of performance is what we've come to expect from Porsche but that M2 was doing pretty well itself. With some suspension mods, engine mods and tweaks, and a little diet the little beemers can hang pretty good. What a symphony of eargasmic internal combustion music coming from the Porsche. The little Beemer that could and the Porsche that got all A's in music class! Great video!

This M2 has some serious power!!
It only has 480hp. It is fast because of handling and chassis which allows the car to brake less around the corner and early on throttle.

That transmission is absolutely perfect
very nice lap, from two very good drivers :). But 700hp for the M2 seems a bit unrealistic, comparing your straightline speed. Keep up the good content

That’s what the owner told me and when you look up the hp gains from a turbo upgrade, 700 hp is pretty standard it seems. And on track the difference of 180hp is not as noticeable compared to lets say a drag race. You really notice the difference in the beginning of the lap. Both full throttle and he was GONE. Greets

GT3 Rs has a Weight to power ratio of ~1450 Kg / 500 hp = 2,9
BMW M2 Comp. ~1600 Kg
So the same performance on the streight would be 1600 Kg / 2,9 = 550 hp.
Maybe a little better on the streight, but more than 600 hp, no way.
But great Lap though! Was fun to watch!!!

Extrem high corner Speed was done with M2 although the M2 is still a sedan in contrast to Porsche GT3 as a pure Sportscar. Good driver skills has to be confirmed

Allard, how would your M2 compare to a M4 GTS. The GTS has more significant mods than your M2 (or it seams like it does) yet that car cannot even stay close to a GT3 RS. Is your car that much better than a GTS or is it more the driver (you) that is the factor here? This was a Great video with some great driving from both you and the GT3 driver. Lots of skill involved here, Thanks.

Why the name change?
I likely have no clue what I'm talking about, but to me it seems that you have gotten very tense while driving since you got the GT3 RS. It seems to be getting better though!
Rik Heijne Could be but I’m going way faster now and there are a lot more G-Forces than with the GT4 (1.81G lateral). In some corners I really even have to hold in my breath to cope with the forces. The Cup 2 R’s have a lot to do with this as well. Plus the extra stress because of the value of the car also doesn’t help 🤦♂️🤷♂️ Greets
