Are you looking to add pictures to a card? If so you can just drag the pics from your desktop over the card and its done. (OR) You can click into a card and click on "attachment" button and then pick your files all at once. This video is more if you want Trello to access all of your files like pictures, docs, audio, videos, PDFs, etc.. Let me know if that answers your question. I can give further help if needed.

Unfortunately just one Google Drive account can be connected at a time.
their needs to be an easier way to upload multiple pic from drive to trello
