Hi, In my case, the staff there just asked for my Aadhar card and didn’t asked for my mobile or Beneficiary Ref. ID & they entered the wrong mobile number for my vaccination due to which I am unable to download my certificate and on the cowin portal I am still not vaccinated. Can you help me out.
The vaccination staff has no access to vaccination certificate after few days/weeks. So you have to ask for the medical officer/nodal officer having backend access to the vaccination data. In my case, it was Dy. CMO. I got d certificate from him. He can provide the vaccination certificate immediately as he has all the access to vaccination data. I hope this will help you all who has d same problem as I had.

Watch any youtube video on how to merge multiple dose #1 certificate..then raise a request accordingly & wait for 20-30 days..if the Name/Age/Gender were entered correctly both the times, then the certificates will be merged in 20-30 days to give u a xonsolidated certificate.

Also even after loading the document it says "one or more parameter values were invalid: Typenmismatch for index key district _id Expected :N Actual:S IndexName:district_id-index what does this mean & how to sotrt out that. i have updated my surname using the same process and submitted the request 6 months back. but my name in certificate is not changed
I haven't got vaccinated but message says I got message that I got vaccinated and they generated a certificate,which doesn't make sense

final certification will have information for both doses.. 1st certification is not needed after that
