I've run into an issue with the level awards, it hasn't given me rewards that I've past the level for. It's annoying.
I feel like people who took the written quiz should be able to change their element they’re stuck with to one that they actually wanted. I wanted to do written because I thought it would be fun. Was hoping for water and got nature. I believe this has been a problem for other upset players. I thought it would just be a case of taking whatever one you wanted, or whatever one was best fitted for you. People in my chat were saying that an obby was broken, so that was also a risk I didn’t want to take. Wish it were more clear.

The obby doesn’t work though, once you get to the sign that says ‘beware’ in the the creepsters font, you’re bugged. If you fall down, you will die, if you try climbing up to the type rope you’ll end up falling anyway because the type rope is transparent. It’s not your fault, they fucked up massively, our personality’s change and you can’t force us to get a random element we don’t even want.
Y’all who took the written exam and aren’t happy with your element, the devs i believe will without a doubt update that so you can actually change ur powers at some point sooner than later - Especially with the amount of people with this problem

Honestly I just really wish I would have never taken the written test. Because at the beginning I chose the ice element when they asked me what I wanted, but then the written test gave me the nature element, even though it doesn’t really match my personality. So now I’m stuck with an element I didn’t even want. :(

I didn't know the quiz would automatically give the element to you, i thought "determining the element based on personality" just meant like it would tell you what youre "most like" and thats it.. I have a weird dislike towards the nature element, its the one i wanted the LEAST (absolute bottom tier last least 😭), yet because i chose answers i thought were the nicest and not realistic towards me, I got nature. It's just kinda upsetting to me that it wasn't clear to me that I'd automatically get the element, especially because i got the one i hate. 😭😭😭
Edit: I'm not completely sure if it's how it works, but I think if u unlock a new element and switch to it it'll switch ur kingdom too. And for the personality you can just take the quiz again. But even if this is the case, it was still kinda unclear and it'll still takearound 30-40 levels I think to unlock it 😭

I’ve been playing for 5 years and 10 months and I’ll be honest, I love all the effort but the amount of times they told us they had a date, for example summer 2020 and then they changed it.
the level stuff is just straight up unfair. if ur level 100 u should just get all the rewards up to level 100

I don’t often complain about rh as it’s such an incredible game and the amount of effort that has been put into the new school is amazing however,my little sister (she’s only 6) logged onto my account and chose my element for me not understanding what it meant because she doesn’t really know about the new school as she isn’t allowed RUclips etc.. I’m really annoyed that I can’t change it I do not care for my element and I’m really upset about it

I’m so upsettt-
I wanted dark desperately but the zipline was broken, spent over an hour trying different servers and ways to get past, before giving up and doing the exam instead. I got 33 dark and 33 ice, and it gave me ice. Now I’m stuck with it on my id and as my main element despite the fact dark is the first it says abt my written results in the journal.
Pain and suffering.
(Edit:) So, seems the journal section regarding your element changes depending on which you have active, so you aren’t stuck with your first one. Plus you get the wings as long as you beat the obbies once you can unlock a new element.
At least the new school seems like it’s certainly going to be fun and exciting. It’ll be a nice change of pace.

i’m absolutely PISSED. i clearly chose dark and it never specified that taking the written test will give you an element that you can’t change, i took it only to see what it would recommend. the campus is beautiful but this genuinely ruined the experience for me because i got given the one element i did not want at all. i hope they update it but until then i’m not playing lol

Hi bea so I thought that you would be interested about winning a halo in the new beta school. This was my first time ever winning a halo but what happens is that once you've finished reading the results of what happens the fountain lady will come alive and start talking. Then a crystal will drop from the sky and into the fountain lady's arms and then the crystal will open and you'll get the halo.

For anyone doing the personality test for a specific element, just chose the answers that best match with the personality of the element you want.

i really wanted to get the dark element and i took the personality test bcuz i was playing on mobile atm (i suck at parkour on moblie lol) and got nature fairy and im really upset that i can’t change it. having to level up 350 more times to unlock all the elements just seems tedious
Hi Bea! ive leveled up 3 times since the new school came out but nothing is changing in my journal. It still says im missing as many levels as i needed when the update released. Is this a bug?

I think you have to level up while you're INSIDE of campus 3
I believe that once the new school is out for everybody (players under lvl 500), you can get the level up rewards.
Levels = have to level up after you get into campus 3 for the first time. Level = your current level.

Theres something with art not the class but outside the class art and then you can get xp i dont know what it is since i haven’t been to do it yet but i hope you get what i mean

I thought the personality test was suppose to give you a general idea of what you could pick based on your personality but instead it forces a element onto you and one that you cant redo i tried multiple times and was stunned to see you really couldnt redo it i find it really confusing when you first play the game and pick your own element that you want and then you have to do ANOTHER test and it gives you that one instead of the first one youve already picked.. it didnt sit right with me when in doubt you cant redo it and get what you really wanted if you took the personality test or the messed up obbys to where you have to do the perosnality test bc some for example like the dark obby bugging out- FAIR WARNING IF YOU DO END UP DOING THE PERSONALITY TEST IT WILL GIVE YOU THE ELEMENT THAT YOUR STUCK WITH FOREVER and cant change ive been looking forward to this game and it deeply made me upset but do try and look past it if you did end up with sonething you didnt want or ended up getting.. i wish there was a way you can like "renew your id" if there is PLEASSSE TELL Me and the people who wish to change their fairy types 🙏😭 Ty bea for the work u done as well this school and the mechanics is amazing I never seen anything like it before just that one should be fixed same with the glitchy obbys ❤❤❤
IMPORTANT READ THIS IF U GOT A ELEMENT THAT U DIDNT WANT: THERE IS A WAY I FIGURED IT OUT- Go to your journal, next go to the planner tab, turn the page once, and in the sparkly tabs achievements scroll till u find levels 50 and u can buy it or grind for it I bought mine for 49k but once u do that GO BACK TO THAT FOREST AND UNSEAL IT AGAIN THEN RETAKE THAT TEST or OBBY see if that helps it deff did for me AND CHANGED MY ID I'm extremely happy I was so sad about it..

1. Do I have to level up IN campus 3, or can I level up in general to unlock more elemental studies?
2. After unlocking an element, do I also get the wings to it?
3. Can I not change my main element, like EVER, even if I unlock all elements?
4. Do all dorms look the same, or does it depend on ur element?

For question 3, I would assume that if you unlock any other element, and you change to it, that would probably be your current main element. Like I think if you left and came back it would still be the same element you selected before, if that makes sense. The whole "main element" thing is probably just the element you chose first. And I don't think you can remove any element or trade or anything like that, even if it wasn't your first.

I wanted to the take the test just to get an idea of what I could choose, but it actually chose for me picking dark ... I wanted light or fire. It might not sound like a big deal but I'm actually in my room right now crying

@@sotstoffer Bro same, I took the quiz thinking "I'll choose all the ones that seem like dark fairy answers" AND I GOT FRICKEN ICE FAIRY, I'm literally sobbing and kicking and screaming. I thought the practical quiz would make me do a 70-hour-long obby (I didn't look beforehand that there was more than one), and now I'm stuck as Elsa, which SUCKS ASS.
I took the dark obby but once i got to the sign that said ‘beware’ in the creepsters font, i kept dying, i tried climbing across the two castles to get to the typerope but it was transparent, everyone else was saying that it was bugged as well - no one made it across, it was impossible.
Then I tried the written test and it gave me water fairy which i wanted 2nd least. what made it even worse though was that the results told me that i was 0% dark fairy which made me feel insulted
As soon as Bea said that you can’t change your element and that your stuck with it forever i felt horrified.
Is there any way that i can change my element also does anyone know how to complete the dark obby or the answers to the quiz?

If i unlock a 2nd element now during beta, will that element stay there after the official release?
Each element has starter wings right? So if we learn a new element, do we get the wings of the new element we learned too or do we only get the wing of the first element we chose?

for the level up rewards im level 1013 but when i go into my journal to the level up rewards it says im not high enough level. i rejoined and nothing changed. i don't know if anyone else is having this glitch too but its very frustrating as now i have to either pay 50,000 diamonds or grind 200+ levels if i want to change my element when i shouldn't have to do neither and i don't know how to report bugs

The thing is I’m all over I’m an artist in drawing and an ambivert love cafes, can be brave and don’t like bugs and not to good with animals I’m everywhere, when ever I join games there’s never one that properly says me more than 50%
am I the only person disappointed with the school? i mean, i respect the amount of countless hours they've spent and it looks wonderful but i can hardly play it for fifteen minutes without crashing (most of those minutes being used to load in.) and maintaining a role play would be difficult with always being teleported to different sections of the school in order to get places. i was assigned a fire element (my last choice of course), thinking the personality quiz was a mere suggestion and i'd be able to select my choice of the light element. im not trying to hate on the game, it's just frustrating after patiently awaiting the arrival of the school.
Can you level up in another campus and it will still count or only campus 3??

Is it possible to level up in Campus 3 yet? I don't think you can level up with just the phase 1 and 2 stuff (except for the fountain and when Penny helps). Also, is it possible to get the other wings when you learn them?

Yeah, I think besides what you mentioned, the only other way to get exp is from chests which I only know of 1 that gives xp currently? I'm also a bit confused on whether Bea meant leveling up ONLY in the Campus 3 since it came out, or if it counts if we level up and then come back to the campus 3 since it was released.

You can change your element by getting the quest 2 element type star from your journal

No, you get them after you choose your element, but do not change avatar after that or else you'll lose your wings

yall i choose dark bc it sounded cool and now i kinda regret it. it wasnt really my personality but i chose it and thought i could practice the other powers like the head mistress said (i thought it was for free but no everything is even so expensive for me, or you need to level up 50 times to unlock another sloth for another power). i played for 2 years and yet still i dont get why they have to make everything so expensive. thanks tho, this was the only video i actually understood, i love how you took the time to explain how everything works! really amazing, keep up the good work. wish you guys all the luck!
whenever you level up, do you have to obtain the levels in campus 3 in order for them to count or are you able to be in places like sunset island and the other campuses?

I literally did the written exam thing but I thought you could change your power so I did all the nice options and I’m now stuck with nature ughhh and I wanted dark, like I also got confused with enchantix high I thought it would be like that where everytime you join you change powers but no. Honestly at the beginning I saw all the elements and I thought “I wouldn’t want nature lol” 😡

I just don't understand why they let us pick and then we end up having to do the written test and get stuck with one we don't want. For example: I picked dark, I went to do the obby and couldn't even get past the first part. So I went to do the written test and got water. And now i either have to pay for it, or spend an hour or two leveling up 50 times
I hope there is a way to restart the entrance exam completely, because my experience was ruined by lag and im really upset with it

i wanted Ice but got nature because of the personality!!! nature was the element that i wanted the LEAST😭 il literally so mad, i did all obbys but i didnt know how to choose
I did the obby for water but didn't know why it didn't give me it, so I did the survey and got ice. Still don't know what went wrong, but it's probably a bug

I got nature - did the obby, went back and did the test (you can do the test without the book) and my top two were water and nature both at 25%

To the people mad about the element if you read the tutorial it said “ if the obby is too hard, you can do the written test and we will choose for you” i new i wanted nature so i did the obby since it is guaranteed

Hey bea, I have a question. So I bought to learn a new one for 48k dims so I did the obby but then I dont understand, will I get to change elements or learn one cause I want to change one. If its like that how do I change elememts?
they should add a gamepass or smth so that you can switch your main element. i did the personality quiz just for the fun of it cause it made sure i knew i didn't have to stick to that result then i got the one i never even considered picking because it didnt apply to me at all and i didnt like the abilities for so i tried to switch it and now i don't wanna play it anymore 😐
