@@NetullaGD honestly, I thought at that first, but when I look back at it, the team mate was actually doing everything right. He dash attacked to cancel shield break, then ftilted to save him from the first spike, but that just set him up for the second spike

The reason why this clip was funny was because the Faust player (tall guy) threw a meteor, and was trying to crossup the opponent. If someone gets hit by a projectile, you have to hold the opposite direction of the person who threw the projectile in order to block it. The Faust player was trying to trick the Bridget player into blocking the wrong way by flying over her. The Bridget saw this coming, and attempted to block the crossup. However, the crazy part is the Faust got hit by his own unrelated projectile, sending him flying right back to where he started, making it so that the Bridget player was crossed up once again, and ended up (understandably) blocking the wrong way, getting hit and losing the round.
Kind of an insane clip to try to understand if you have never played Guilty Gear Strive. Going by Marss standards if he was able to understand the clip, he would probably give it a 5/10 because it was pretty funny but definitely not intentional nor technically difficult.

I think there's a misunderstanding of exactly what a clip is, these are just gameplay

Video idea: you watch muted clips with bottom portion of screen cut off, so no tags or possible cams, and you guess if its pro players or elite smash

No, it's because most of the clips aren't sequences where the opponent gets read, it's just standard combos that people have been doing since year 1 ultimate
