Great piece! The evolution of the chords is really well-timed and balanced. It never feels predictable but also flows really well

Thank you for the kind words, I'm glad you enjoyed it! Coincidentally I was just listening to your music a few days ago, it's really lovely stuff! I especially like the live performances with the Mbira. I'm looking to make something like that in the future.

@@gergofuxreiter wow thank you so much! That mbira stuff was a lot of fun, I thought of it as jamming with my past self from 30 seconds ago hahaha

Love it. Also very lovely imagination - skiing on mars.
What was your sound source for this patch? Only rings?
And is the bard quartet doing these great chord progressions?
Anyways, it is very inspiring. I also want to try a more generative evolving patches next time.

Thank you so much, I'm really glad you like it.
The sound sources were Rings and Ripples as an oscillator.
The BQ has a few different chord progressions programmed into it, and it swaps between them every now and then based on a S&H. This was my first patch with it and I'm still learning it, but it's an awesome tool for the type of music I like to make.
I wish you luck in your modular journey!

Thanks! Everything you hear comes straight from the modular, I didn't use any external effects or software.

Reminds me of "Inside the Deku Tree" from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
