- In this video we will see how to make paneer butter masala in tamil. Paneer butter masala recipe is easy to make and is the ultimate gravy combination for Naan and roti. For making this paneer masala we need to make a creamy base from onions and tomatoes. Don't brown / caramelize the onions too much. We only need to saute them for a few minutes before grinding them to a paste. I have used homemade paneer in this recipe. It is very easy to make and I have also shared a link to that recipe below.
