    Hello Sandeep, thank you for the video! The inverse relationship (negative slope) of the H v Q curve for the backward vane impeller curve is a result of the negative term (& beta2 < 90) in the Euler equation. However, why is the "backward shape" resulting into this behavior (how is the blade shape affecting the H vs Q relationship?). In other words, how would one understand this relationship between the curve & the shape of the impeller blade practically without looking at the equation? Thanks in advance!

      No it is not like that. It can be clockwise as well as anti-clockwise

    isn't it H=f(N2,D2)
    Q=f(N,D3)
    P=f(N3,D5)

    • @SandeepAcademy9
      @SandeepAcademy9  3 года назад +2

      You are right. That relationships is mathematically possible. Since trimming change shape of impeller (increase specific speed). Above relationships cannot be utilized. In this case industry apply Q=f(D), H=f(D2), P=f(D3).
