First of all great idea and tastes great. But not sure what I did wrong. I was very excited that my sweet potato was exactly 300g but I added the other ingredients as listed but turned out the texture of mashed potato. I added probably another 50g starch to be less sticky(but still not as firm as in the video). It was mush after 45 minutes of baking but got it crispy afer baking for 1.5hours. Will have to try again some time
I really love crispy snacks and cookies,so this Sweet Potato Chips recipe you share with us is AWESOME! Just one question, are the sweet potatoes cured, how my grandmother and mother cured them was sunning them for 3 days, then they would cook them until tender. Sunning them for 2 to 3 days,making sure to turn the downside(towards the ground)upwards and vice versa, the sunned part down, the sun up(6,500ft.) here isn't as intense and humidity is non-existant, as in the coastal areas(sea level). Hope this clears any doubts on your part.@@fernandaruiz2117

I'm baking it now... 140 C for 10 minutes doesn't seem right. It's in the iven for 25 minutes but still soft. I increased the temperature to 200 C now let's see what happens.... 😮 I realised after... It should stay in oven for 40 min at 140 C. Well I took out after 1 hour but it wasn't fully crispy yet. And for me it was too sweet.
I looked for the recipe and here I leave you what I found. Recipe. 300 g of sweet potato (peeled weight) 20 g of unsalted butter 10 g of sugar 20 g of corn starch
와 진짜 너무너무 맛있습니다. 온도 조금 높여서 145도 오븐에 45분 구웠더니 헤븐! 고구마 퍽퍽하다며 잘 안 먹는 저희 아들조차 20개를 순삭해버렸어요. 좋은 레시피 알려주셔서 정말 감사드려요!

풀무원 스팀쿡 듀얼 마스터 에프 오븐으로 140도 55분 돌리고 추가로 확인해서 10분더 ~
고구마 300g + 가염버터 20g + 감자전분20g + 설탕 20g 집에 있는 재료로 만들었는데,
아이들 맛있다고~~^^ 덕분에 좋은 간식거리 알게 되었네요❤

저는 고구마가 많아서 두배씩 늘려서 했습니다.하나씩때서 하기 귀찮아서
동그란 에프 종이호일에 얇게 펴서(누룽지처럼) 140도 40분정도 구워주면 될거같슴다.( 10분씩 열어보면서 하셔요)맛은 완전 고구마칩 과자 맛인데 진짜 맛나요
덕분에 고구마 처리 잘했슴다.
+노르슴하게 되었다면 자연건조시켜주면 완전 빠삭합니다요
