I have grown up watching your out door adventures since the bigging (im now 50) and thank you (blame you) for getting me in to bushcraft and the outdoors after many yrs. A huge thank you. 😀 Another good video, lovely to see your lad enjoying the outdoors along with you. I have my 2 kids shouting whoopee to find each other in the woods that's thanks to you lol. YOU KNOW IT MAKES SENSE. If you need suggestions on future videos, how about foraging, mushees etc. Some wild cooking and informative stuff. Also, catch up with new and old mates, I always enjoyed your drunk comedy stories and Banta... and the viking shot horn.
Pleased you have been inspired to get out and enjoy the great outdoors. The social camps with lots of drinking tend to be more of a chill out and I don't film very much or if I do, need's a lot cut out for swearing or has to much of an adult nature. I've not a very good cook and is all for simplicity but I will try and think of some new ideas for future uploads, ATB.

Hi Jimmy, Christopher did quite a bit but also gets distracted easy. Halfway through building the shelter he wanted to dig a fire pit and fire reflector then nicked off to play with his catty. It only took 4 hours but I insisted on going the extra mile by doing more roof supports and getting every sharp bits off the wood as you know spruce is terrible for it. I've dropped the hint to Davey for getting out soon and will let you know when we can get out, ATB.
I had to laugh when Christopher had a couple of mad moments 14:43 in front of the camera when Damian wasn't looking ... 🤣 Looks like he's been to the gym too 💪
@@Fell_Wanderer he certainly is becoming a bit of a character, a couple of cheeky return quips but in a nice, respectful way. It's quite clear that he's been raised well (I hope that didn't sound condescending, it's just that seeing young 'uns like Christopher reminds me that they're not all chavvy little tw@s ...) 😉🙂👍
He hasn't explained but I reckon he just lost interest and has found another hobby called metal detecting which I do and sometimes its something I get into and forget about RUclips.
I enjoyed that. It's great to see father and son doing stuff together.

what ever happened to "Leave No Trace"?
"Leave No Trace"?.. Its a semi permanent camp and I leave no litter. Once I move on the camp will be dismantled and took away.
