In this episode, things get WILD! I show you how to catch trout in a lake from a kayak, try spearfishing for Carp, and get caught in a lightning storm! Cutthroat trout fishing is fun and lucrative on this lake, but it took us several hours of kayak fishing to finally get on them. It was also my first time freshwater spearfishing in years! Finally, after getting home, I show you how to clean a trout, how to fillet a trout, and do a cutthroat trout catch & cook. Many of you have been asking for more kayak fishing, as well as lake trout fishing videos, so I’ll be making plenty more this summer.

NW Fishing Secrets I agree with @Bee Chan. I have some favorites that do c-a-c’s all the time but since I’ve subbed a few days ago your catches and your cooks are way better. Can’t wait to say I was here at 30k when you’re at 1M. I moved to Texas from Los Angeles and I miss west coast fishing. I miss trout and stripers. But the bass fishing and the saltwater in the gulf produce some great fishing as well. But no one cares to pick up their trash because it looks like your fishing some man made structure no matter where you’re at least in the Houston area. But I’ll be putting some pretty entertaining fishing vids up soon. Thanks for the inspiration and effort into your vids. Bless up.
NW Fishing Secrets they do stock some ponds and waterways with rainbow trout in the winter but they’re gone by March. It doesn’t stay that cold out here.

Just wanted to Thank you for all of these videos. My boys and I love watching them together. That’s our new thing. I’m 46 and they’re 12 and 14 and we just recently got into fishing to get outdoors during the ‘Rona. Your videos have been not only motivating to us but educational. We look forward to more. I really like it when you pan around so I can see the trees. It's like a game guessing what lake/river/part of the sound you're in. Really been eye opening how much of the lakes are fishable here. I never knew!
