I envy those people who still gets tingles from asmr. I stopped listening/watching asmr for almost a month and i still dont get as much tingles as before. I miss my tingles. :( great vid tho. It helped me relax even without the tingles.
My biggest trigger is him explaining what's happening before no talking crinkle heavens he needs to do a whole video of that. He's done the inaudible whispers with hand gestures but it's not the same because there's nothing for him to explain. If he pretends to explain then maybe it will work..

Sometimes you gotta do a long stint away. 6 months + is best. It's horrible at first but eventually you'll tingle again.
