It will take a lot of time... Arcane was a labor of love. Every aspect of that show was perfect. If you don't like it, it's because it's not your style of animation or show, because no one can complain about the quality of the whole thing. I wish they make one for valorant... Yes... But take as much time as they need for it.
Just the simple world building, feeding us slow information on Gekko's creatures and where they come from, it's incredible. Riot knows what they're doing.

Deadlock was one of the first agents I unlocked. I heard how bad she was and everything but her kit and art style spoke to me. I still use her till this day. I love her

I love that Deadlock and Gekko (who was the agent recruited literally ight before her) might be at odds because she doesn't trust radiant creatures/animals. That's such a great story dynamic to go from relaxed, happy Episode 6 to dark, serious Episode 7.
Should I explain why she doesn't like Wingman? So Wingman and Gekko's other creatures were experiments by Kingdome. Gekko once broke in that Kingdome facility and got the creatures out. Now the bear on the other hand, seems to be a soul trapped in the bear. But it also might be a Kingdome experiment because in the teasers, Riot spacificaly mentioned the Kingdome worker (the black guy). So that's the explanation.
It would be cool to see if her abilities have some special effect on enemy gekko's abilities or counter them in some way

As a Norwegian I will say i'm impressed by the accuracy of area and dialect, and the efforts made to make it translate both ways are as good as it gets, really we sometimes just don't have a great word for things and it doesn't sound as epic :D

@@anotherpersonfromnorfolk1587The voice actors are very good, and the English/Norwegian accent is spot on. It is a bit hard to make Norwegian sound “badass” in a sense, so some translations could use being less direct for the grandeur aspect, but it is correct nonetheless.

@@xxjoebamaxx7782 It wouldn't be crazy. Most of the Arcane team aren't Rioters, they're external talent hired by Riot. They could do the same for Valorant if they felt inclined and if they can make space in the budget.
The bigger budgetary problem is that they are currently fronting the cost of both a fighting game and an MMO, so funds might be tighter than they used to be.
Reaally cool that y'all show how she lost her arm, that's some huge lore immediately! Curious to see how that develops further

It is crazy how much this game has grown. The tournaments are getting bigger and bigger every year. The evolution and dedication the Valiant team has to the game is unmatched by others. I dont play as much as I use to but I still watch the pro gameplay and the cinematic. CRAZY.

No, RIOT did disappoint with both Sentinels of Light and 2023 Opening Cinematics. From now on, it should be VALORANT never disappoints.
The first real origin story sorta cinematic we’ve gotten. Makes me hyped to expect a possible revisit to the already existing agents to see how their powers came to be as well!
I'm pretty sure Harbor's cinematic was the first one
to think that riot didn't hold back in showing us the gruesome origin of how Deadlock got her powers is a really big step up in the story building and showing the real world of Valorant is a great touch.

Everything shown in the video is canon, and the glowing stuff is radianite they're in a radianite containment facility for testing creatures, you can see in the signs shown at the beginning of the video
