If you cross over ,you will feel the feeling you've felt most in life ,but since in life things happen ,you can easily go to other feelings ,yet in death there is no world ,so there is nothing to prompt you to feel other feelings. You have no control over what is already established. No one is worthy or better when it comes down to this issue. If a being created a world that separates in to two areas and only once chance....it sounds very limited no? God is beyond a human way of judging and thinking. I'm confused about the river. So is it something that is good? Being dissolved doesn't sound right
If energy body is physical why would the energy river be just metamorphic?
At this point I feels like I'm just dissolving with the river even though I'm still living in this world. I don't know, this is not depression since I'm not sad. I don't even feel a thing. It's like the more I lost interest in the world, the more everything dissolved.
I sugest you to try shambavi mahamudra or reading the inner engineering book if you hadnt yet, it may help you a lot 🙏🏻

We all have experienced it millions of time its just we don't remember.
You don't need to perish to experience those things. Something dear to you died, you could also see that river. When the trust I had in the societal system died, I drowned in the river and rised from there.
🙏🏻Of corse I never want to stop being me. What ever me I think I am. After I've gone out of here. And how ever puny all that I know and this place I'm in shows up as. Even with a contrast that dwarfs every beauty I've ever known of. I'll still be forever and with all my might grateful. That I had all of this. But only because of the people I love and was able to create love around us with. It's all because of them outside of me looking into me. That my display and play at life and way of being with them and living. That it's soothing and spot on. The real spot on. 🙏🏻

My dad passed away in 2020 but next day at night something 9 or 10 we were discussing how our relatives from Dad's side behaved with us there was a huge utensil sound in Kitchen like someone threw a steel plate or steel utensil we got scared it was like scariest moment in my entire life. As far as I've understood, you have options after death. You can choose to return to Earth to strive to become a better person, or you can decide to halt the process of reincarnation. If you choose the stop it, you'll be with souls similar to you and bear the weight of your actions (forever i'm not sure). Alternatively, there is another choice, you can dissolve into the cosmic river, accepting to loose everything to be everything.

She drives and does for herself and her family of grandchildren. I look around and wonder what is this common denominator of long living? I mean both my parents are still with me.And live on their own independently! And I'm looking at my seventh decade just ahead. I mean we didn't grow up eating this and staying away from that.
But we weren't and aren't anything but always meeting life and folks in it as pleasant as we can in the moment. There's no envy no bull on others going's on's. Just allowance is the thing that's common among these family members and friends.
