Yaaasss! Absolutely true! And when I stopped counting calories and instead focused on the carbohydrates I ate, I lost 65 lbs. a miracle! I’ve kept that weight off now 4 years. Now I have to fast to see weight loss. Harder work, but I want my feet and my eyes so I’m doing it.
