    I'm on a crackle battle on a chair... and just looking or more help/ideas... and here I am on 'crackle' for guitars... I needed a break. this is great, and awesome. Thumbs up!

    I'm more excited than a kid in a candy store .I love watching the build but I cant wait till its done so I can see the final outcome but I have to say so far it looks awesome.

    That came out great. Back in '89 I had a B.C. Rich STIII with the same color crackle paint. Unfortunately, I had to sell it many years ago.

    I just had a thought, don't know if anyone else has mentioned this, but imagine doing a big multicolor thing with the soap trick and putting the Crackle on that? If done right, it'd look sick as hell.

    20 minutes looks like about the right wait before spraying the crackle. Maybe 30 minutes would give you bigger crackle. You could prolly do a series on doing the crackle after waiting different times. Good science. 😉

      Simply sand the area with 220..spray primer a couple of light coats..spray the base color in this case was red let dry for about 15 min and spray The Black Crackle and it does the rest..hope this helps..Thanks for Watching

      @@Dave6SS thanks a lot man, i recently found an 1988 NJ series st3 with some more than minor scratches, id like to put this on. ill do it on a less important guitar at first till i know how to do it thoroughly/correctly
