Kristin Powers has been a member of the Home Fragrance Research & Development (R&D) team for nearly 24 years, working her way up from Burn Technician to Global Senior Lab Manager.
She demonstrates leadership through her work, with achievements like significantly simplifying the UV testing process for making new candles.
By implementing machinery to predict color stability through a system that uses years of wick data to accurately predict the right wick needed based on the wax blend, fragrance and color, Kristen contributed to significant savings for R&D in 2023. She also leads an R&D Technical Leaders workstream that has driven greater connectivity across this community.
